BOHDAN SYROYID SYROYID is associate professor of music education at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain) and the University of Salamanca (Spain), and collaborating professor in musicology at the Valencian International University (VIU), and guest lecturer in musicology at the University of Turku (Finland). He has taught at the University of Valladolid (Spain), University of Rhode Island (United States of America), International University of La Rioja (Spain), and University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (Austria). He has written on a wide range of topics in music journals and his main research line is the analysis of silences in music.
